RECIPE:
Mix together:
- 800 g chicken breast
- 60 ml yogurt
- 75 ml vegetable oil
- 15 mL shish-taouk spices
- 15 ml salt
Marinate / Marinate 4 h
Cook on high heat
And there you have it, a great shish-taouk, just like in a restaurant!
