SYRIAN CHEESE & WINE

Join cheesemaker Benita Kasbo as she guides you through a selection of pairings of her authentic Jibneh (Syrian cheese) and imported spices.

Experience the smells and textures of various ways the cheese can be prepared along with other Syrian specialty items. Cheeses will be paired with wines from Bonhomie wine imports and you will learn about the regions and vinyards each wine came from. Must be 21+ to attend this event.
