Bee Culture - Costa Rica San Juanillo: Anaerobic H16

Strawberry, Citrus, Vanilla, Toffee Presenting Finca V&G (Vargas and Gutierrez) San Juanillo, a 4-hectare farm in San Juanillo, Naranjo, conceived by agronomist Tomas Gutierrez and industrial engineer Allan Vargas. Since its acquisition in 2007, the farm has been a hub for experimenting with CiCafe-developed hybrid varieties, aiming to enhance cup quality, yield, and disease resistance. This exciting new coffee varietal from their innovative efforts is now available and ready to be savoured. This anaerobic H16 variety is quite sweet, with a primary strawberry note, light citrus/citric acid notes, a hint of vanillin, finishing with a heavy, creamy mouthfeel, and toffee notes that linger for a bit.
