HMB Complex combines beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (HMB) with two amino acids (L-glutamine and L-arginine) involved in protein synthesis, and three essential branched chain amino acids (BCAA); L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine.
