Toyama Pharmaceuticals oyster extract is made from 100 oysters grown in Hiroshima. Approximately 50g of oysters are used to produce 1g of Toyama Pharmaceuticals oyster extract. Each tablet contains 167mg of oyster extract, so each tablet uses 8.35g of oysters. A small shucked oyster weighs 15g and a large oyster weighs about 30g. I use one oyster, or about 0.5 large oysters, for every two supplements. How to use: Take 4 to 8 tablets per day with water or lukewarm water.
