The Cho-Pat I.T.B. Strap will apply compression at the area of discomfort to help relieve Iliotibial Band Syndrome
It will help prevent the snapping or friction of the Iliotibial band over the bony prominences just above and toward the outside of the knee joint and/or further up the leg at the hip joint thus allowing the healing process to begin
Ideally the I.T.B. Strap should be worn nearest the area with the most discomfort; however it can be worn approximately 2 -3 in either direction with beneficial results
