Integrate the healing work you have done in 2022 alongside the new students in The Healing Trauma Program of 2023.

90-Minute Monthly Alumni Meetings with Dr. Jeffrey Rutstein

Receive support around some of the most challenging topics in trauma healing from the advanced sessions Dr. Rutstein has prepared especially for those who join him as alumni. (Topics may include overcoming shame and other obstacles to self-compassion, trauma bonding vs. healthy co-regulation, understanding and healing conflict, and how to work with dissociation.)
