Piadina Radicchio and speck:
Warm piadina in a non stick large pan for 2 minutes on each side, remove piadina from pan add radicchio, sliced speck and sliced cheese on half side and fold it . Place piadina in the pan quickly until cheese gets melty. Serve while warm!
