Sowing Outdoors: Mid-spring, around the last frost date or 90 days before you will want to harvest the roots. Sow a few seeds every 6", thin to the strongest seedling.?

Harvest: ?After a few frosts, when they become their sweetest and before they get too big and woody. Cut tops off and store.
