Spanish Moscatel Vinegar

El Majuelo is one of the top sherry artisans and producers in the Andalucia region, crafting high quality sherry vinegars methodically with care. Moscatel vinegar is a product of true craftmanship, with highly perfumed aromas and vibrant flavor. Made from a mix Moscatel and Palomino grapes, this naturally sweet sherry slowly ferments in American Oak barrels for a span of two years by way of the traditional criaderas and soleras process, a step that involves transferring the sherry from barrel to barrel. This process results in a rich, smooth, highly perfumed moscatel vinegar that brightens the palette with flavors of honey, stone fruit and a mild acidic bite on the finish.
