The RAM-B-138-AP8LU consists of (2 quantity) 2.5" diameter round bases with the universal AMPS hole pattern, double socket arm, locking knob and Latch-N-Lock? model specific cradle for the Apple iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2 and iPad 1.
