3 individually wrapped sachets of All Butter Shortbread Rounds from Brittany, Speciality from Pont AvenA mix of simple and subtle fine ingredients, in particular fresh butter, the dough for these biscuits is traditionally worked in a kneading trough. The biscuits are then stamped and cut into rounds before being baked slowly and controlled on plates in the oven. The biscuits are selected and packaged by hand.
