Spicy Provencal Olive Mix

This Spicy Provencal Olive Mix packs a lot of flavor with the addition of chillies. Barrel uses a fruity, mellow Moroccan olive, known as the Beldi, for this mix. They score these olives to allow them to fully absorb the flavors of the added green chillies, red peppers, pickles and onion. This mix is typical to what you would find in the markets in Provence. These spicy olives are perfect for snacking and are always an excellent edition to your next cheese/charcuterie board.?
