Arlequin Boquerones - White Anchovies

Boquerones are fillets of fresh anchovies that have been marinated in vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and spices just like in all the tapas bars of Spain. These are semi-conserved, approx 18-22 fish, refrigeration required. 3.5 oz. drained weight.

Ingredients: Fillets of fresh anchovies, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and spices. Keep refrigerated.

PLEASE NOTE: This item is perishable and must be kept cool during shipping. We ship perishable items with frozen gel packs, paper, and bubble wrap, which will keep them stable for a maximum of 3 days.
