Application/Instructions:?Tear all of the perforations, leaving the backing on the tape. 1. Peel off the backing of Section 1. Apply this section where you are sore. 2. Peel off backing of Section 2 one at a time and apply with little to no stretch on the tape. 3. After applying, rub gently over the top of the tape.
