Redbird

Inspired by The Blackbird, a light riff on a bramble, and topped with a healthy bunch of mint. This Redbird cocktail subs the original blackberries for our Raspberry Gum Syrup.

Ingredients:

• ? oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• 2?oz gin
• ? oz fresh lemon juice
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin?
  
• Add cubed ice and shake vigorously for 5 seconds
• Strain over fresh crushed ice
  
• Top with more ice if needed and garnish
