With a perfect balance of the herbal, the bitter, and fresh fruit, this bright, low-ABV aperitif cocktail is perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients:

? oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
2 oz dry vermouth
? oz Aperol
? oz lime juice
3 oz club soda

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
Strain into a chilled highball glass and top with soda
