The roller cabinet is built with patented quick-release self-latching drawer pulls and a robust 14-gauge steel frame, featuring full-extension ball bearing slides for smooth operation. Drawer load ratings range from 150 lbs. for single slides to 300 lbs. for double slides. The accompanying hutch boasts an adjustable powder-coated steel shelf with integrated slots and holes for tool organization, along with a power strip featuring three outlets and two USB ports for convenient tool usage and charging. Both the hutch and roller cabinet are coated in a gloss Akzo Nobel powder-coat finish, providing resistance against scratches and chemical stains. Additionally, powder-coated steel pegboard panels offer ample space for hanging tools and equipment. The units feature full-width polished color-anodized extruded aluminum drawer pulls and handles that resist oxidation. The cabinets are equipped with 6 in. x 2 in. casters, including four locking swivels and two rigid, each rated for a load capacity of 900 lbs. The hutch shelf is engineered to accommodate various removable accessories, including a power tool rack (included), optional socket holder, and optional media electronics stand with a charging pad. Security is ensured with secure tubular coded locks and keys for both the hutch and roller cabinet, while gas struts hold the hutch lid securely open. Additionally, a PVC laminated MDF work surface and heavy-duty PVC drawer liners are included for added functionality and protection.
