The Toolkit is a publication of North Central Extension & Research Activity 215 (NCERA 215): Contribution of 4-H Participation to the Development of Social Capital Within Communities, a multi-state research group organized under the North Central Regional Association (NCRA) of State Agricultural Experiment Station Directors.
