This 100% quartz microfiber filter is available for applications requiring extremely low levels of trace elements or media that can withstand temperatures between 500 C and 900 C. Also available in thimble form for air sampling.

Quartz thimbles are used for emission testing in high-temperature environments. They can also be used for testing acidic gases which are not compatible with micro-glass fiber thimbles. Quartz meets the highest purity requirements due to the lowest possible heavy metal content.
