The SCALA Advanced Wall Bar System is a sleek, contemporary wall bar in walnut or ash with stainless steel trim. The set combines a wall- and floor-mounted frame and the removable 6 rods with a weight of 1 to 5 kilograms for functional TRX training which uses the weight of the rod and weight of the user to perform complex multi-functional exercise. Flexible, rubber made, stainless steel carabiners connect with a towel rod. Three upper and three lower rungs of the ladder allow you to perform most exercises, known from other standard gym ladders.
