It features a unique one-handed Hi-Lo Station adjuster for convenience and an angled seat for proper alignment. With a low step height for easy entry and exit, this gym includes a triceps extension with a 170-pound weight stack, a hi-lo pulley with a 195-pound weight stack, a lat pulldown with a 295-pound weight stack, and a low row with a 295-pound weight stack. It also has dual options for lat pulldown and low row. The base cage adds additional support and stability.
