This variety of Scindapsus Pictus is a member of the Araceae family, native to Thailand and the Philippines.
It has slightly different features than Argyreus, such as a wider area of silver splashes which, held up to the light, may appear to shimmer and have a satin look. It grows slowly, and in time, can reach lengths of several feet.
Preferring bright, indirect light, it can however still thrive in shade. This makes it a versatile houseplant, doing well even in standard household environments. It also appreciates higher humidity.
Its rounded-heart-shaped leaves curve towards the tip, making it a unique addition to any home.
