The LVSR Leverage Seated Row by Body-Solid is a commercial rated strength machine which uses plate loaded resistance and leverage movement to isolate and strengthen the lats, traps, rhomboids, and rear delt muscles of the upper body when performing the seated mid-row exercise or one-arm row exercise. The Body-Solid LVSR provides the natural feel and resistance of free-weights with the control of a machine. The machine arms have 360 degree articulating handles which allow the exerciser to twist the wrist and arm during the pull to better define the most natural movement. The LVSR offers unilateral and diverging motion with each machine arm working independently for better muscle isolation and contraction.
