Cuisinart CPG-4000 Slide Cover

This?Flame Slider?(item #30 in Manual) is used in the CPG-4000 Pellet Grill. The flame slider is used to control how much flame is reaching the food that you are grilling. By sliding this part over the holes of the grease drain pan, which is positioned over the firepot you can reduce the amount of heat reaching our food. Or, slide this part off of the holes on the grease drain pan to expose the food to more intense fire.
