Essential oil of Organic Perennial Savory* (Satureja montana).

Directions:

1 drop on a neutral tablet. It is recommended to combine 1 drop of Lemon Essence with each drop of Perennial Savory Essential Oil taken. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Never take more than 2 drops per dose nor more than 8 drops per day of Essential Oil. Never take pure by mouth without support. To be taken in addition to a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For any other use, ask a pharmacist for advice. Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with a history of epilepsy or convulsions, people hypersensitive to Essential Oils. Not recommended for people with asthma.
