-Take a small amount with your fingertip.
-Spread over the area where you have the bruise and/or inflammation
-Apply a gentle massage on the affected area
-Let the gel absorb, it usually takes between 5 and 10 minutes depending on the amount you have put on the skin and affected area.
-After being absorbed you can cover it with clothes, a bandage or whatever garment you need.
