True TSSU-72-12M-B-HC 72" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table

It includes (9) 1/6 size and (3) 1/9 size, 4" deep food pans, expandable to 6" deep (sold separately). The unit is equipped with an 8 7/8" deep cutting board that can be removed for easy cleaning. Under the workspace, you have refrigerated storage for backups and less common toppings.

The self-closing door and stay-open feature make loading effortless, and the (4) 5" stem casters provide mobility. The 1/5 hp refrigeration system maintains temperatures between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant.

Designed for commercial use, it boasts a stainless steel exterior with a GalFan coated steel back. The clear-coated aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor, along with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, ensures durability and temperature retention. It operates with a 115V electrical connection.
