The True TSSU-60-08-ADA-HC sandwich and salad prep table is designed with a 34-inch working height, meeting ADA requirements. Its exterior features rust-resistant stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, while the interior boasts a clear-coated aluminum liner for corrosion resistance and a stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensures consistent cold temperatures and prevents the intrusion of ambient air.

This unit includes eight sixth-size food pans and a full-length polyethylene cutting board that can be removed for cleaning convenience. The refrigeration system uses an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a self-contained capillary tube system, providing even temperatures around the food pans and inside the cabinet. The evaporator fan motors are sealed and self-lubricating, and the large fan blades ensure efficient airflow. Maintenance is simplified with a rear-accessible condensing unit that slides out. The prep table maintains steady temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

Enhancing efficiency, the reverse condensing fan motor automatically reverses for 20 seconds each time the compressor starts, helping to keep the condensing coil clean by removing dust and debris. Regular preventative maintenance is recommended for optimal performance.
