For some AeroPilates sessions, such as upper body workouts, you may need a cord with less resistance to achieve more reps. In fact, some Pilates workouts are more difficult with less resistance. Because of this, we developed the Light Cord, which is 40 percent lighter than the standard black. Replacing the cords on your reformer is easy, and instructions are included.
