Boil - From Ambient. Bring 1 liter of salted water per 100g of pasta to boil.Stir it and cook "al dente" according to the cooking time.Drain it and flavour with your favourite sauce.

Gypsy Teddy(dose 2/3 People)Ingredients:250g Teddy pasta, 1/2 onion, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 clove of garlic, 20 black Olives, Salt, Pepper, Olive oil, grated cheese.Cooking Instructions:Chop the garlic and the onion, let fry in a pan with 3 table spoon of olive oil. Cut into dice and add both peppers and black olives. Season with salt and pepper and let cook for other 5 minutes. In the meantime, cook the teddy pasta in salted water until they are ,,al dente", drain it and add to the sauce. Finally add olive oil and grated cheese.
