| Train to get stronger with our Weight Lifting Chain Set! Perfect for improving your bench presses, kettlebell, and dumbbell lifts. As you push up, the bar gets heavier, providing a challenging workout. Each set includes a pair of chains, with options for 30lb, 45lb, or 60lb pairs. The chains are approximately 5ft long and come in 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" sizes. They are coated with oil to prevent rust, ensuring durability for long-term use. Chrome coated collars are included, providing a secure fit to your Olympic bar. Please make sure the chains are free from knots or other obstructions before use, and never attach additional weight to the chains. For bench presses, we recommend using 20-30lbs for under 200lbs, 40-50lbs for 200-400lbs, and 80-90lbs for 400lbs and above. For squats, consider 40-50lbs for under 200lbs, 50-60lbs for 200-400lbs, and 60-70lbs for 400-500lbs. For heavier squats, use 80-100lbs for 600-700lbs and 120-140lbs for 800lbs and above. Warning: Lifting chains should only be used on Olympic bars. These chains are designed for weightlifting only and should not be used for other purposes, such as pulling automobiles or securing objects.
