Here we have a delightful diamond ring originally dating back to the Georgian period. At the centre of the face we find a sizeable round shaped rose cut diamond. This principal stone is then framed by a circulating array of slightly smaller rose cut diamonds around the outer edge. All stones here are set in silver on a closed gold backing; a feature typical of the period, however, the neatly engraved patterned band has been crafted entirely from 15ct yellow gold.
